Our Story

Legacy Catering was founded in 2013 by Executive Chef Norberto Jaramillo, a culinary vision rooted in Latin tradition and shaped by years of dedication to the St. Augustine food scene. What began as a passion grew into a full-service catering operation known for its creativity, reliability, and heart.

Today, Legacy is powered by a tight-knit team of partners: Norberto in the kitchen, John leading operations and sales, Cristina managing the office and every client touchpoint, and Sandra crafting the desserts that close each celebration on a memorable note. Together they bring more than a decade of trusted catering experience to every event.

From intimate backyard celebrations to grand wedding receptions at the region's most storied venues, Legacy Catering has served hundreds of events across St. Augustine and Northeast Florida. Every menu, every plate, every detail reflects a shared belief: quality and personal attention are non-negotiable at any scale.
